01How a piece gets made

The swarm makes it. People finish it.

The AI Production House makes visual and media work with generative tools at its core. It can produce more versions, more formats and more ideas than a traditional production process.

Every piece is still finished by people. The swarm brings speed and range. Our team brings taste, story and craft, and decides what is good enough to leave the building.

Production used to mean large crews, long schedules and heavy budgets. AI changes what a small, skilled team can make.

Our AI Production House combines generative tools with the judgement of people who know how to tell a story, frame a shot and finish a piece properly. The swarm handles the volume and the variation. Our team makes sure it is good.

  1. We start with what the piece has to do, who it is for and where it will run — and your brand, so everything after looks and sounds like you.

  2. Generative tools let us try far more directions than a storyboard ever could. You see real options early, not sketches of them.

  3. The swarm produces the raw material: shots, renders, images, voices and sound, in volume and in variation.

  4. People choose. We cut what isn't good enough, push what is, and keep the story on course.

  5. Edit, grade, composite, mix. The last stretch is done by hand, because that is where quality is decided.

  6. One piece becomes the cuts, formats and languages it needs, each one checked before it leaves.

03.a.1AI Video & Editing

AI Video & Editing.

Edits, cuts, versions and localisations, generated and finished with AI.

Fig. 02The film, running

One piece of video rarely stays one piece. It needs cuts for different channels, versions for different audiences and localisations for different markets.

We edit, generate and version video with AI, and finish it by hand. The swarm makes producing many versions practical. Our editors keep every one of them sharp.

What you get

  • Editing and finishing
  • Cuts and versions for each channel
  • Localisation for different markets

Try it

One film, cut for every screen.

Pick a format. The frame re-crops around the same shot, the way a finished film is cut again for the feed, the story and the banner. The dashed line is the safe area titles stay inside.

Big screen · Website, TV, YouTube

Cut for the big screen. A wide cinema frame over an editing timeline: clips drop into place, one is cut, and the playhead runs across them.
Cut for the feed. The same wide film is re-framed for a phone: a tall window follows the subject, and the vertical cut plays with captions.
Localised version. One speaker on screen while the subtitle and the selected language change: English, Spanish, French, Hindi.

03.a.2CGI & VFX

CGI & VFX.

Product renders, 3D environments, effects and composites.

Some images are hard or impossible to shoot: a product that does not exist yet, a place you cannot reach, an effect no camera can capture.

We create product renders, 3D environments, visual effects and composites, using AI to speed up the work and craft to finish it.

What you get

  • Product renders
  • 3D environments
  • Visual effects and compositing
Product render. A bottle is drawn as a wireframe on a turntable, then rendered from the top down with its material, label and light.
3D environment. A city block rises out of a perspective grid while the sun climbs and a camera travels its path across the foreground.

03.a.3Generative Imagery

Generative Imagery.

Campaign visuals, product shots and concept art, from prompt to final.

Fig. 04An image, generating

Good imagery is expensive to shoot and slow to iterate. Generative tools make it possible to explore more ideas and arrive at the right one sooner.

We produce campaign visuals, product shots and concept art with generative AI, then refine them until they are on brand and ready to publish.

What you get

  • Campaign visuals
  • Product shots
  • Concept art and exploration
Campaign visual. A campaign picture is assembled from a colour block, a headline and a product, then re-laid for a billboard, a feed post and a story.
Product shot. A jar on a plinth in a small studio: two lights come on, the camera frames it, and three shots are taken.
Concept art. One idea in three stages side by side: a pencil sketch, flat blocks of tone, and the finished picture with light.

03.a.4Audio & Voice

Audio & Voice.

Voiceover, dubbing, sound design and music.

Sound carries as much of a piece as the picture does, and it is often left until last.

We produce voiceover, dubbing, sound design and music with AI and finish them with care, so your work sounds as good as it looks, in every language it needs to speak.

What you get

  • Voiceover
  • Dubbing
  • Sound design
  • Music

Try it

Three parts make a mix: voice, music and sound design. Switch one off and watch what it was adding. Move across the bars to lean on the level.

Voiceover session. A script is read line by line while the microphone records and the voice shows as a moving waveform.
Sound design. Four layers of sound, voice, music, effects and room tone, sit under a strip of film; an effect lands exactly on its frame.

06How we work

Taste is the last step.

Anyone can generate. What matters is what you keep, what you cut, and how well the rest is finished.

01

Directed by people

AI is at the core of the process, never in charge of it. Every piece has a director, an editor and someone who says no.

02

On brand, every time

We work from your guidelines and your existing material, so the hundredth version is as recognisably yours as the first.

03

Range without the crew

Products that don't exist yet, places you can't reach, versions for every market — made without a crew, a location or a reshoot.

04

Finished, not just generated

Generated output is a starting point. Nothing leaves the building until it has been finished properly.

Questions

Is everything generated by AI?

AI is at the core of the process, but every piece is directed, reviewed and finished by our team.

Can you work with our existing brand and assets?

Yes. We work from your brand guidelines and existing material so the output looks and sounds like you.

Can you produce versions for different markets?

Yes. Versioning and localisation, including dubbing and voiceover, are part of what we do.

Can you make a full brand film, or only short clips?

Both. Long-form pieces are directed and finished by people, with AI doing the heavy lifting in exploration, generation and versioning.

Can you do product renders if we only have CAD files or photographs?

Yes. CAD is ideal; good reference photographs work for many products. We will tell you up front which will get the result you want.

Can you dub our videos into other languages?

Yes — AI voice and dubbing, checked by people for every language the piece needs to speak.

Tell us what you want to make.

We'll come back with directions, not a quote for a crew.
